Lock/Unlock Button: Players can lock or unlock the pad using this button. However, only the owner can perform this action. Also, it's claim owner as well.
Set Available Button: This button appears after locking or unlocking the pad. It allows the current owner (if any) to signal that the pad is now available for others to use.
Automatic Availability on Player Leave: If the owner leaves the game, the system automatically makes the pad available for others.
